One of my favorite always on utilities. Default Folder adds tools to the Open and Save dialog boxes in OS X, and remembers where to save files based on which application is used at the time.
Default Folder X attaches a toolbar to the right side of the Open and Save dialogs in any OS X-native application. The toolbar gives you fast access to various folders and commands. You just click on the buttons to go to your favorite and recently used folders, manage the folders and files shown in the list, and make changes to your settings.
9WR - Default Folder X: Adds tools and remembers which folder to save files based on application.
The latest Pro and standard versions (beta) of the premier diagramming and design application for the Mac. Many tools to create and modify diagrams, export to different formats. Pro version has Vizio support.
OmniGraffle Pro helps you draw beautiful diagrams, family trees, flow charts, org charts, layouts, and (mathematically speaking) any other directed or non-directed graphs, to organize your thoughts, your projects, or even your friends graphically using boxes and lines.

If money is an object, Carbon Copy Cloner might be the best hard drive backup utility for Mac users on a budget. This is a must-have utility if your Mac’s data is important. CCC makes it easy to clone your Mac’s hard drive to another hard drive to create a bootable backup. Highly recommended.
CCC will clone one hard drive to another, copying every single block or file to create an exact replica of your source hard drive.

The perfect gift for the truly obsessive compulsive Mac user. Hazel handles every Mac file and folder organization task, automatically. Files, cleans, empties trash, remembers rules (you create them), keeps files and folders tidy. Clever but geeky.
Hazel is your personal housekeeper, organizing and cleaning folders based on rules you define. Hazel can also manage your trash and uninstall your applications.
9WR - Hazel: Unique file, folder organizer; moves, sorts, cleans, empties, uninstalls.
The best password manager for Mac users, now at version 3.0 (prepare to pay up again). Works with all major Mac browsers; uses OS X’s keychain or a 1Password keychain. Easy to use, handles multiple login ID’s and passwords with ease. An iPhone version is available.
Have you ever forgotten a password? 1Password keeps track of all web passwords, automates sign-in, guards from identity theft.
9WR - 1Password: Essential for password management, extra security, easy, automated log-in.
